In September 1997, the Lord called Warren Winns into the ministry as an evangelist of the Gospel. He preached his first message in the Republic of Korea, December 26, 1997, at DISCOM Chapel, Camp Casey, Korea and was later licensed by Pastor Wesley Woodward Sr., St James Missionary Baptist Church, Lawton, OK. Min. Winns served 22 years in the US Army.
On the 19th of Nov 2006 Min. Winns was ordained as a Pastor by State Overseer Dr. Lester M. Cezar of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. In January 2010, Overseer Winns was appointed District Overseer of the South-Central District of the State of Oklahoma representative for FGBCF. On May 4, 2014, God established Spread the Word Ministries of Elyria Ohio. Overseer Winns presently oversees two additional Spread the Word’s NC and KS, The Harvest Church, NC and The Huddle, Marlow, OK under Spread Network of Churches, INC which was established July 2, 2021. He has a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies and is currently pursuing his master’s from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
Overseer Winns has been married to the beautiful Cynthia E. for 29 yrs., and is the proud parent of three children, Patrice, Brandon and Beonica.

Lady Cynthia Winns was brought up in a spiritual single parent home in South Carolina. Even though she was the youngest of four she always had big dreams and visions. She left South Carolina in 1980 in pursuit of them and joined the U.S. Army July 1984.
In September 2002, the Lord called Lady Winns into the ministry as a minister of the Gospel. She preached her first message in St James Missionary Baptist Church, Lawton, OK and was later licensed by Pastor Samuel Hutchinson Sr., St James Missionary Baptist Church, Lawton, OK. Lady Winns honorable served 20 years in the US Army which included two deployments to Southwest Asia. Upon retiring she worked for the Military Personnel Division (MPD) on Fort Sill, Oklahoma and retired after 14 years of civilian service.
She presently serves as the Daughters of Promise (DOP) Leader for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship (FGBCF), Women Ministry for the State of Oklahoma.
