The Elevation Service of Overseer Warren C. Winns is a historic and sacred occasion in the life of our ministry and the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, International – Oklahoma State. On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM, we will gather at Central Plaza (East Entrance), 200 SW C Avenue, Lawton, OK 73501 to celebrate and honor Overseer Winns as he is formally elevated to the office of State Overseer.

This service will be filled with worship, fellowship, and a spirit of expectancy as we witness the confirmation of God’s calling and the charge to greater leadership within the Kingdom. Family, friends, church members, and the community are invited to share in this powerful moment as we cover our Pastor in prayer and celebrate the next chapter of his journey.
